Returns - Changes - Cancellations

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

​Changes and cancellations of orders are not permitted as a general rule of thumb.  However, if you want to change any portion of your purchase before we ship, we will do our best to help in any way we can.  Understand we will do our best but we cannot guarantee we can honor your request, especially during our Peak seasons and Holidays.

RETURNS

Well, our products are hygiene products.  Based on that alone, we cannot offer returns.  BUT if the item you ordered is not the item you received, we will happily exchange the incorrect item if it is still sealed, unopened, and unused.

We are a small business and take a TON of pride in what we do.  We usually ALWAYS do our best to make our customers happy.  If you are having an issue that is not described here, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help. Afterall - we love our products so much we want EVERYONE to love them too!

CUSTOM ORDERS

​​Ehhhhh...well....unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for custom orders. Once we get to creating a custom order, it's like getting a tattoo; once it's started there is no turning back!  Sometimes we have to purchase special supplies, oils, fragrances, colors, etc. just to create your order and we cannot return those items to recoup our costs either.  BUT we do give you every chance to review the order, sign off on it including any sample pics, proofs, etc. before we begin the process.  That way you usually have plenty of time to contact us before final payment if something changes.
