CUSTOM ORDERS

Ehhhhh...well....unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for custom orders. Once we get to creating a custom order, it's like getting a tattoo; once it's started there is no turning back! Sometimes we have to purchase special supplies like shaped molds, oils, fragrances, colors, etc. just to create your order and we cannot return those items to recoup our costs either. BUT we do give you every chance to review the order, sign off on it including any sample pics, proofs, etc. before we begin the process; that way you usually have plenty of time to contact us before we begin if something changes. Also keep in mind that soap is a unique creation - every bar, every color, the process itself is unique. Final batch will vary from the sample we showed/provided as a result. BUT We do our absolute best to ensure the product you wanted is like the original sample we advertised, but understand something that is unique will have variations of final product every time.

If you require a custom formulation or complicated designs, extra fees may apply.

Once we receive your request for quote with an idea of what you are looking for, we will create an invoice for you. Payment is due before production can begin. You'll have a chance to approve the invoice before you pay - giving you a chance to completely review everything before we get started on your order.

Day 2&3 - PAYMENT & APPROVALS

Once we receive your request for quote with an idea of what you are looking for, we will create an invoice for you. Payment is due before production can begin. You'll have a chance to approve the invoice before you pay - giving you a chance to completely review everything before we get started on your order.

You will have 10 days to approve and pay the invoice. If you have not decided by this point, you'll have to start the process all over again. Once the invoice is paid, production begins!

Days 4 + TIME FRAME

Depending on the size of the order - here is a breakdown of approximate time frames for production:

Day 1: Invoice created and sent for payment

Day 2: Invoice is paid

Day 3: If nothing special needs to be ordered, production starts the day after invoice has been paid

Day 4: Soap Production begins - creating the batch, allowing to setup overnight, and then unmold & cut

10-60 Bars - takes 2 days
61-120 Bars - takes 3 days
121 - 180 Bars - takes 4 days
181 - 240 Bars - takes 5 days
241 + Bars - takes 5-10 days

DRY TIME: Days 4 - 30

Soaps TRULY need at least 4 weeks to harden enough for transport and wrapping. If you pickup your order before then, the soap bars will still be moist and will not be able to be wrapped or labeled in any form. You'll have to do that part on your own. Also, the soap will be softer than a fully cured bar, so dents may occur in transit - so be aware!

PICKUP - DELIVERY

Most orders are pickup only. We will ship 10 Bar Batches, however we will not be responsible for dents on the soap during transport. Shipping is in addition to pricing above and estimated shipping cost will be provided on your quote.

Olive Oil
Castor Oil
Shea Butter
Kaolin Clay

PAYMENT & APPROVALS

Once you agree on color choice(s), fragrance, design, and quantity, etc., you will receive an invoice with all your specifications. You will have 10 days to approve and pay the invoice. Once paid, production begins!

TIME FRAME

Soaps need at least 4 weeks to harden enough for transport. Most orders are pickup only. We will ship 10 Bar Batches, however we will not be responsible for dents on the soap during transport. Shipping is in addition to pricing above and estimated shipping cost will be provided on your quote.
