180 Loyalty Rewards Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview:

  • The 180 Loyalty Rewards Program ("Program") is designed to reward valued customers of 180 Soap ("Company") for their continued patronage.

  • The Program features a tier-based system, allowing members to earn and maintain enhanced benefits.

  • Participation in the Program requires registration as a member at www.180soap.com.

  • By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Tier Structure and Benefits:

  • Classic Level:

    • Upon site membership, receive 5 reward points.

    • Earn 1 reward point for every dollar spent on eligible transactions.

    • Receive 5 reward points on your birthday.

    • Earn 10 reward points for following us on Social Media.

    • Redeem required points at checkout for a discount on your entire purchase (eligible coupons will show at time of checkout).

  • Silver Level:

    • Upon site membership, receive 5 reward points.

    • Earn 2 reward points for every dollar spent on eligible transactions.

    • Receive 5 reward points on your birthday.

    • Earn 10 reward points for following us on Social Media.

    • Redeem required points at checkout for a discount on your entire purchase (eligible coupons will show at time of checkout).

  • Gold Level:

    • Upon site membership, receive 5 reward points.

    • Earn 3 reward points for every dollar spent on eligible transactions.

    • Receive 5 reward points on your birthday.

    • Earn 10 reward points for following us on Social Media.

    • Redeem required points at checkout for a discount on your entire purchase (eligible coupons will show at time of checkout).

  • Reward points are earned on every successful purchase transaction.

  • Reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Reward points cannot be applied to taxes or shipping fees.

  • Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

 

3. Tier Eligibility and Maintenance:

  • Tier status is determined by the number of reward points earned within a 12-month eligibility period, commencing on the date of tier attainment.

  • To maintain your current tier status, you must earn the required points within each 12-month eligibility period.

  • Failure to earn the required points for your current tier will result in a downgrade to a lower tier that corresponds to the points earned during the eligibility period.

  • Example: If a member attains Gold Level on July 1, 2023, they must earn sufficient points to maintain Gold Level before July 1, 2024. If they do not meet the Gold Level point requirements, they may be downgraded to Silver or Classic Level, based on the points accumulated during that 12 month period.

  • The Company reserves the right to define and adjust the required points for each tier.

 

4. Program Changes and Termination:

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including tier levels and point earning/redemption rates, at any time, with or without notice.

  • The Company may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • In the event of Program termination, accrued reward points may be forfeited.

  • The Company may adjust points due to technical issues or errors in point accrual automation.

  • The Company reserves the right to remove reward points from any account suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Valid for US residents only and towards orders placed for delivery to a US address.

5. Account Information:

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information.

  • The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate account information.

6. General:

  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.

  • The Company's decisions regarding the Program are final.

  • By participating in the Program, you agree to receive promotional emails and communications from the Company. You may opt out at any time.
